This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Wright Planes website. At Wright Planes, we aim to process, fulfil, and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. This policy explains how shipping works, how long orders may take, how tracking is handled, and what happens if there are delivery issues.

Order processing

After you place an order, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. Order processing includes payment confirmation, order review, supplier processing, packaging, fulfilment, and preparation for dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the product ordered, supplier availability, order volume, public holidays, weekends, and other operational factors.

As Wright Planes may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, manufacturers, or fulfilment partners, some items may take longer to process than others. If your order contains multiple products, they may be processed separately and may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, the supplier or fulfilment partner, the shipping carrier, and any customs or delivery delays. Any delivery timeframes shown on our website, product pages, checkout, order confirmation, or shipping updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

As a general guide, orders may take several business days to process before being shipped, and delivery may take additional time after dispatch. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather events, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Domestic and international shipping

Wright Planes may offer shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations, depending on product availability, supplier restrictions, carrier availability, and checkout options. Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, the checkout may prevent the order from being completed, or we may contact you after the order is placed to discuss available options. If we cannot fulfil an order to your delivery address, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund for the unavailable item or order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, will usually be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery location, product type, order value, package weight, shipping method, supplier, fulfilment partner, or promotional offer.

Any free shipping offer, discounted shipping offer, or promotional shipping rate may be subject to conditions, exclusions, minimum spend requirements, product restrictions, or destination limitations.

Tracking information

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier or fulfilment partner. Wright Planes does not control carrier tracking systems and is not responsible for tracking delays, missed scans, incorrect tracking updates, or temporary tracking errors. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please allow additional time before contacting us, as some parcels may move through the delivery network without frequent scans.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are supplied by different suppliers, stored in different warehouses, dispatched at different times, or shipped using different carriers.

If your order arrives in separate parcels, you may receive more than one tracking number. One item arriving before another does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.

Delivery delays

We do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable time, but delays can sometimes occur. Delivery may be delayed because of supplier processing times, carrier delays, customs inspections, public holidays, incorrect addresses, severe weather, high seasonal demand, international transit issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will try to provide an update where reasonably possible. If an order cannot be supplied within a stated or reasonable time, we will provide a solution in accordance with applicable law. Businesses must provide a solution when they cannot supply products paid for on time or within a reasonable time.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please check your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, suburb, state, postcode, country, phone number, and email address before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, Wright Planes may not be able to provide a refund or replacement unless required by law. If the order can be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details provided on our Contact Information page.

We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed, sent to a supplier, packed, dispatched, or handed to a carrier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Failed delivery and uncollected parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it, delivery instructions were not followed, the address was incomplete, the customer refused delivery, or the parcel was not collected from a pickup point, the parcel may be returned to the sender, supplier, fulfilment partner, or carrier depot.

If a parcel is returned because of failed delivery, refusal, non-collection, or customer error, we may deduct any shipping, return, carrier, handling, or redelivery costs from any refund, unless required otherwise by law. If you would like the order resent, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

Lost, missing, or stolen parcels

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Wright Planes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery unless required by law.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbours, building management, reception areas, mailrooms, and your local carrier or post office. If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the matter and assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the item, packaging, labels, and delivery materials, and provide clear photos or video showing the damage.

Damage claims may need to be assessed by Wright Planes, the supplier, fulfilment partner, or shipping carrier. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy where required by law and in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customs, duties, and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, local taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges may apply depending on your country’s laws and customs rules. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country or delivery carrier. Wright Planes is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, unpaid duties, or local customs requirements.

If an international parcel is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because customs duties or import charges were not paid, we may not be able to provide a refund unless required by law.

Product restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries, regions, remote areas, military addresses, PO boxes, parcel lockers, or restricted delivery locations. Shipping restrictions may depend on carrier rules, supplier limitations, customs requirements, product type, product size, or local laws.

If we cannot ship a product to your selected address, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution. If no suitable solution is available, we may cancel and refund the affected item or order.

Pre-orders and special-order items

If Wright Planes offers pre-order, backorder, made-to-order, or special-order products, the estimated shipping timeframe may be different from standard items. Any estimated dispatch or delivery date for these products is an estimate only and may change due to supplier, production, or shipping delays.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the items may be shipped separately or together depending on availability and fulfilment arrangements.

Order cancellations before shipping

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, packed, dispatched, or sent to a supplier or fulfilment partner.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the order will continue through the delivery process, and any refund or return request will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Responsibility after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant carrier, postal service, courier, supplier, or fulfilment partner. We will assist with delivery issues where reasonably possible, but we do not control carrier operations, delivery routes, customs processing, or local delivery procedures.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
